If you want wings this is the place to go! I haven't sat down and ate hear but one time and the experience was just as great. This review and the rating I am giving this place is mainly based around my pick up order experiences. I usually place an order late at night due to my work schedule, and drive about 15 minutes to go pick it up. My 5-star rating is based upon the accuracy of my order and the promised time it would be ready. Always has it been my experience where picking up food was never so easy. The Wings are great that should be a given, but the service here is what keeps me going back! Highly recommend the chain and thumbs up to this location!

I absolutely love Wing stops unique Lemon Pepper wings. They are crispy, crunchy & flavorful. I like the salty bite & tangyness from the flavor. No need for any dipping sauce for these babies. I also love their BBQ flavor wings. They are sweet & a little smokey in taste. These aren't as crispy as the Lemon Pepper but I like to request them crispier sometimes. I really love their baked beans here too. Taste southern style with lots of BBQ flavor.

It was pretty pricey. Extra charge for vegetables which was just bogus. 3 piece of carrot and 3 celery one of the carrots was barely cut couldn't even bite into it. Didn't gave napkins on tables and wasn't given any either. They had paper towel on a roll which I found out when I was done eating and realized no napkin was given.

Place smells like chinese food. Fries is old wings aren't fresh. Went on a Friday night and the whole restaurant didn't even have a trashcan. You were supposed to hand the cashier the trash. Poor management, bad smell, bad food to sum it up. I will never step foot in a wingstop ever again. This was my first and last time

Wanted wings for lunch so I decided to stay local and go to Wing Stop. I work across the street and always forget to try this Wing Stop. I always think that it's closed or out of business because their parking lot is so empty. I'm a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and I like how Wing Stop has similar sauces. My boyfriend and I shared 20 classic wings. I like to order my wings well done so they fall off the bone! We got 10 of the Louisiana dry rub and 10 lemon pepper. We also got a side of baked beans and veggie sticks. Ok, so their ranch is really good. Their baked beans are meh. Too sweet in my opinion. Their wings are so oily that I felt like I was eating tablespoons of oil. Gross. The lemon pepper dry rub tasted artificial. The Louisiana dry rub was really good but super oily. Staff seemed like they were bored out of their mind. Not so friendly. I just felt a weird vibe in there. Who knows, maybe it was the weather! I think the wait was too long. Waited 10 minutes after the time they said it would be ready AND I even called the order in ahead of time to be ready by the time I come. I've been to the Wing Stop in Glendale and it's completely different. I'm definitely not coming back to this location. I'm gonna stick to my BWW. I'd rather eat chicken wings than grease and it seems like I'm not the only Yelper that thinks that.

Love the lemon pepper wings. Im usually all about spicy but these wings have a special place in my heart

The 4 stars are really for the pleasantly surprising service at this location. Contrary to what some of the reviews lead me to believe, everyone working here when I picked up wings for the May-Pac fight were friendly and competent. Now, even though the service was good, I'm really going to reconsider ordering from Wing Stop for a party. The 50 piece "family pack" was very underwhelming and I went into panic mode when I opened everything up and realized how small the wings are. For $40 you really don't get much at all. I do like the lemon pepper wings and fries, but it's a really bad value to order a lot of them. All the food did taste good, but I just can't justify spending that much on so little food.

So both times that I have ordered food for pickup from this location, the order has been a minimum of 25 min late. The location is under staffed and they don't do anything about it. Today is the first day of NBA playoffs. You would think they would have more than 2 cooks and a cashier. The only reason they shouldn't get a 1 star is because the staff is courteous under the stress of being under staffed and both times have offered me a free side to "make up" for it. Also the food is good (standard hot wings).

First time here. Had a coupon for free fries. We ordered the 4 strips of chicken with a side of hickory smoked bbq. She let us try the sauce first since we could not make up our minds. That was really nice of her!! First we tried the Hawaiian which we did not like at all!! Paid only $6.75 and waited for about 10 minutes. A lot of people called in their orders. I was shocked how small it was!! On the outside it looks humongous!! Only 8 tables inside and 2 outside. 2 tv's but no sound which was fine. We will definitely come back to use our other coupon. Why 4 stars? The chicken strips were a little over cooked and a little small. 4 strips were $6.75. Thank goodness for the free fries!!

Ok...redemption time. I wasn't all that impressed the first time around but the last two times the wings were very good and the service great! Also their prices are more reasonable than BWW and there just down the street....win win! So I upped them a star and say glad I tried them again....kudos to WS!!

Came in on a Friday night after my movie and was craving some wings to take home. I only have had wingstop in arizona a few years ago, have seen this place open about a few months now. Walked in and only one table was available which was fine since I was taking my order to go, there was a few tables outside as well but the area can get a bit cold in the winter time. Was greeted and went for 15 pieces of bone in wings, half garlic Parmesan and half mango habanero. Also ordered the cheese fries. Once I got home everything was still warm. The garlic Parmesan is more of a seasoning then a actual sauce, the mango habanero is a sauce and it was delicious, spicy though, watch your lips. I did enjoy the garlic Parmesan but I think I enjoy them more at BWW since their version is a actual sauce. The cheese fries were okay, the fries are not bad at all, the cheese is nacho cheese which adds a nice taste to the fries, I would skip them though next time, they were okay to try once. Their parking lot isn't big but it isn't small either. I found a spot, convenient to the 2 freeway. They have a tv as well that show current live sports.

This place is perfect for me because I always crave mango habanero, it's literally the best sauce! Sandy always helps me and she is such a kind worker. Oh and before I forget their fries are sooo good!

Awsome wings and fries! Always freshly made to order! Location is always clean and service is good. You can find yourself waiting for bit but that's what u get for fresh wings.

I recently had to move back to La Crescenta to handle some real estate matters and came upon this nearby chain wing joint. And I don't think I went four consecutive days in my entire two month stay where I didn't stop by to inhale their delicious wings, fresh cut fries and affordable beers. The place has like a dozen levels of flavors and spiciness but really my go-to happened to be their mango habanero (limited time flavor) and atomic (REALLY SPICY). The wings are ridiculous good, the service is excellent and they even have a couple flat screens playing games in case you wanted to eat in (which I often did cause, I mean, I don't think I coulda made it home in my car without reaching in the bag). I've recently moved back to DTLA but man, I may have to come up with an excuse or two to travel back to the Montrose / La Crescenta / La Canada area just to satisfy my wing cravings. It's a notch better than buffalo wild wings and a few notches better than big wangs if you need a comparison take. If you've read any of my other reviews, this is probably the most straight forward postings I've written. That's because chicken wings is a serious business for me. Probably a top ten meal for this kid right here. But mostly because I'm medicated at the moment. Right.

It's nice to have a new restaurant in town for hot wings. See my photos for the menu items or their website. Food 3/5 Stars 30 piece boneless family pack for & 27.99 which included large fries, veggie sticks, 3 flavors and 3 dips. It was way too much food for three people and we ended up taking about 12 wings to go. We opted for three sauces as follows: Original hot - probably our favorite Parmesan - way too much dry rub and excessively salty Hickory Smoked BBQ - good Service: 4/5 Stars All the employees seemed very cheerful and helpful. Order at the counter and pick up when it's ready. Ambiance: 3/5 Very casual. They have a couple of tv's. This location opened on August 14th. Parking: 4/5 stars Adequate because no other tenants are currently in the building. Misc: They serve various domestic and premium beers.

This location is brand spankin new and I couldn't be happier that they decided to open one up in my area! Best fast food take out place ever! The wings are always on point and prices are great. I love it's secluded location, there's always parking! I live for the Atomic wings and Garlic Parmesan!

Oh jeez.. Big mistake coming here. Horrendous experience. The service is great. The waiters are nice. The inside is cute too. Everything is perfect except a teeny tiny flaw.. THEIR WINGS. I've ordered the lemon pepper boneless and it was super greasy (almost wet). Normally, I hate trashing food, but I could not keep that greaseball in my mouth any longer.

After over a year of anticipation for this place to open.. finally, Wing Stop has arrived to Montrose. It's a really tiny joint in the back at the top of the hill of the Vons/CVS strip mall where the Texco gas station once laid in the 90s. There's about 8 tables inside with a few flat screens for ESPN. I came around 11 PM on a Wednesday night and it was pretty packed, although it doesn't take much to make it appear so. I got a 6 piece combo w/ fries plus a beer, took about 15-20 min. The beer here is CHEAP. $2.50 for a Bud Light on tap and Stella for $3. When ordering I thought I lucked out and made it for Happy Hour. I was wrong, these are the prices all day! In terms of the food, the fries were awesome and have various seasonings, kinda like Brothers' Pies N' Fries in Old Pasadena which I recommend. Wings have plenty of sauces/rubs to choose from. DOWNSIDE: they are actually pretty small and don't have too much meat on their bones. The boneless wings are a solid option. They have quite a bit of batter that has a good crunch. I think some people might not be into that but I enjoyed them. It will be interesting to see what type of crowds this location brings forth being that they're open til 12AM each day (woohoo!) Overall, this place should do pretty well for dine in and carry out. Try ordering online first if you're in a rush because this place is gonna get busy. PRO TIP: They have a fairly large parking garage underneath that you can enter from the other side of the hill.

Ordered togo. Thirty wings with 3 different flavor traditional wings, and only received two flavors. Found this out when I went home. Hmmmm.... should I go back and get the order corrected or should I just eat... the receipt clearly reads the three different flavors....

I was not happy about the service I had recently from Wing Stop. I made the order online and they called me back to say that they were closing so I told them that I would cancel the order. 15 min later they call me back while I was walking back from getting food at Carl's Jr. telling me that the order is ready but they are closing in 5 mins so I have to hurry there... What? So now I had carls Jr. waiting to be eaten in my hand and I had 5 mins to come claim my order... I told them that I've already called to cancel but they said that no such call was made -_- I got so frustrated so I went to Wing Stop to try to get my money back but they told me that since the order was made online I couldn't get my money back. Long story short... I thought that was ridiculous and fought for my money back and I won... I was originally happy that I found a Wings place that satisfied my wings cravings closer by. Went back to Buffalo Wild Wings a day later, it was so much better.

Good wings, always a long wait. 16 minutes turned into 35 min wait. At least it's fresh.

I went here twice, and though I would go again, I hope that there's a little more consistency with the food... Parking: There's a lot right in front of the place, so no worries with that. Service: Nothing to complain about, nothing outstanding. Food: I got the 6 piece combo, where you can choose two flavors (I've gotten lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan, and Louisiana rub) as well as one dip (I've tried ranch and blue cheese) and you get fries and a drink. The first time I went, everything was good! The second time I went everything was realllly salty, especially the fries. Also, this is the first restaurant I've been to where there isn't a trash can in sight. I find this a little strange and inconvenient.

Went here at around 10pm with my boyfriend. I had been here before and had a great experience. But this time wasn't as good. First of all, you walk in and it smells like straight up fart (it did last time too lol). I got 10 boneless, half original hot and half the BBQ one.. Got charged 75 cents or something for the ranch. The original were alright, not too bad. The outside was kind of dry, kinda as if it were microwaved, but I'm sure they didn't microwave it. Just had a weird texture/taste, different from most hot wings and not as wet. The BBQ were particularly weird tasting. Usually, BBQ is my favorite flavor anywhere. But here, it was almost too sweet for me. Something was just very off about the taste, I'm not sure what it was. Think I'll just stick to honey BBQ at bdubs. Overall, wasn't terrible, but not the best. Hopefully they fix that fart smell. Maybe won't be coming back for a late night snack.

disappointed with the online order pick up. My wife placed an order online at 1:41 pm for a pick up at 3 pm. I arrived to pick up our order at 2:58 pm, order was not ready. Order was finally ready at 3:25 pm. Not cool. Other than that, wings were good.

The staff hid in the back most the time. I wasn't able to get a refill or water. I usually love wing stop fries but these ones were really bad. I like wing stop but this particular branch I'll never go back to.

Had to try this place since the "coming soon" signs were up for a year... Interesting menu, wings are good. No salads...just a lot of brown food. They also serve beer and wine. Bit of a tip: order online...the wait for your order is about 15 minutes. You can download their app and order that way too.

I love the wings at this chain usually. Went in on Sunday June 22nd and ordered my regular . An hour later I was feeling horrible . It seems l got food poisoning as it lasted through the following day. Will be away from wings for a long while. If I could I would choose minus stars.

Fantastic selection of wings and other finger foods. I like the food and service better than buffalo wild wings in Pasadena. Beer selection, decor, and atmosphere are only fair. For those things buffalo wild wings is much better.

We've ordered large quantities of "to go" wings for our office staff and everyone loves the food and wing stop has moved to the top of our list for local carry out in Montrose. I've eaten in the restaurant a few times and by the second visit the friendly gal at the counter remembered my what I liked - she has a good memory. One thing to know about wing stop is that they actually cook everything to order, which is why the quality is so good. But, if you are looking to order and get your food immediately, you better go to Kentucky fried instead ... It takes a while. My favorite is the salt & pepper version with bone in. :)

Good spot to catch the game w/ a 15 piece mild/lemon pepper split and cold pitcher of Stella. Love me some wings...glad there's a wingstop in the area.

I love this place for their chicken wings.. It is very tasty and affordable price..great service. Clean place. I like the mango habanero flavor, it is really hot but it has some sweetness. Its so good.. I also Like the original flavor, it has the vinegary taste and the spiciness is just right. the Lemon and pepper flavor is really good with honey mustard sauce. From boneless to bone i...hnmm.. Hmmm yummy.. ItsIts great for break time or just to fulfill your cravings..

Tried the wings over the weekend at this location and was not impressed. I have had wingstop in the past but this time I thought there was a strange taste to the buffalo sauce and the wings were over cooked and dry with barely any meat on them. I would rather travel a bit and go to buffalo wild wings or the Chruch's Chicken in Tujunga where the sauces taste great!

I love wingstop! When I can't make the drive to Buffalo Wild Wings.. This is the spot. Mango Habanero and Parmesan garlic is the best!

I got the 10 piece lemon pepper boneless wings, they weren't bad, however they are incredibly salty and and incredibly greasy. If you like that food, that's great, but I don't enjoy really greasy food normally. The flavor was good, and I liked the texture and overall taste of the food.

Hungry for wings, I stopped in Wing Stop for lunch. The location is a bit hidden, but turned out to be a pleasant surprise (i.e nice, clean, new facility). The food was disappointing. I split my combo order between the original hot and garlic parmesan - both items were boneless. The garlic parmesan were extremely lacking of meat. In fact, if they would have been included with a selection of other fried foods, I would never have guessed it was chicken. It also seems like there wasn't much of an effort to distribute the garlic butter over the wings -- so they were dry unless you really worked them into the bottom of the container. The original hot had more meat, but were still very much on the skimpy side. I enjoyed the flavor of these. The fries were not exactly crispy & not exactly soggy, but right of the edge of both. The bigger problem with the fries is they had an odd taste like they'd been cooked in the same grease as sweet potatoes - since I didn't notice these on the menu, I'm guessing the grease was just old or something. On the plus side, they are generous with the dipping sauces (but they do charge for extras). It took roughly 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I really wanted to like this place, the food just fall far short...

Basic wings but not bad. I think I'm biased because I am partial to Hot Wings Cafe but if I can't make it there I will go to Wing Stop. I usually keep it simple and get the Hot Wings with Fries.I've had the Lemon Pepper wings too but I'm just not a fan. However, I can appreciate the fries because they have a little skin and they're a little on the thick side, just the way I like them. Overall basic but good.

I am a firm believer in trying to support local business (even though it is a chain), but will not be going back. On a Saturday afternoon, I placed an order online for pick up an hour and fifteen minutes from the time of the order. I arrived couple minutes early, they checked my ID to make sure that it was me and said that they were still working on it. I sat down inside to wait. (There were only 4 customers at 2 tables in the restaurant). They never called my name or told me that the order was ready. I finally got up and asked...the order was sitting behind the counter. The woman that helped tried to make up for it by giving me extra ranch. I specified that the wings should be cooked crispy/well done and they were not. Overly disappointed...

Ordered a 100 piece ended up tossing away everything wings were all oily lemon pepper tasted so disgusting which is my favorite flavor had to wait over 30 minutes for my food to be ready and i noticed the cashier kept getting other peoples orders wrong people wanted sprite she gave them coke so pathetic will never come back again hot wings cafe is the only place i will go not to mention everyone got sick from eat 2 piece and the fries was so disgusting that i didn't even eat it only at 3 salty and nasty

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat. But I haven't eaten at the actual restaurant--order online/phone and carry out, but that's just me. I love wings, and feel that I make such a mess it's probably best to eat this in the privacy of my own home, where my family knows I can really pig-out, lol. It's not a lady-like food, haha. But wingstop is definitely a no-brainer for me when I'm in the mood for wings! They have a good selection, tangy, sweet, bbq, teriyaki, and the regular spicy stuff. They're fast and simple. I sometimes wish they were open 24/7!

With football season fast approaching, I was excited for there to be a place close to my house where I could pick up some tasty wings quickly. Unfortunately, I got neither tasty wings nor fast service. I think one of the keys to a successful client/customer/whatever relationship is managing expectations, whether its "why haven't you sold my home yet?" or "where's are my wedding photos?" or in this case, "where's my food?" I really don't want to be told that wings are going to take 14 minutes, then have to wait 36 minutes for my food (i checked my receipt). I'm normally a patient person, but what really annoyed me was that the cashier kept telling customer after customer after customer that it would be 14 minutes. If it's going to take 30+ minutes, just tell me, and I'll kill some time at CVS next door. Another annoying aspect of my visit was that the cashier knew i was waiting, and kept looking at me, looking at the kitchen, looking at me and kept saying, "oh theyre finishing it up right now." FOR TEN MINUTES! Manage customer expectations. That said, 36 minutes wouldve been fine if the food was good. It's not. ****edit**** went back recently. a little better.

Unfortunately, our second experience was no better than the first (food wise) and significantly more disappointing with regard to service. Because our first order had been so messed up, the manager on duty provided us with a signed business card upon which was scrawled "Free 20 piece Family Meal." We waited a month or so to redeem this so that the business had the chance to settle in. However, the redemption process proved difficult, lengthy, and exceptionally annoying. Upon arrival we were told "That person doesn't work here any more." And "There is no 20 piece Family Meal, only 30." After providing useless information, there was 15 minutes of phone calls and staff discussion over what to do. You know what you do? Hand someone 20 chicken wings and tell them you're sorry there was trouble before and can't wait to show them how you've improved on their next visit! You do not provide customers with complaints, excuses, and irrelevant information hoping they'll magically go away or just offer to stay and pay for a meal that had been offered free as a reward for putting up with disappointing food and service from your first trip. So here's the bottom line. We'll never go back and actively tell people to stay away. Both times we went, the food was marginal at best and the service unacceptable.

We have been driving by this wing stop every day since they opened in August. We figured we had waited long enough for them to work out all the kinks. We hadn't. We called in and placed an order to be ready at 8pm. My husband arrived right at 8 and the order was ready as promised. When we arrived home and opened our wings we were shocked to see what can only be described as scrawny wing jerky. We ordered classic buffalo and mango habanero. The buffalo were so dry and tiny that the meat had a stringy translucent look. They had almost no sauce, it seemed to have evaporated. Truly strange. And gross. The mango habanero by contrast were dripping in sauce, which was very tasty. Underneath all the sauce they were the same tiny, over cooked, dry garbage. I can't see us giving them a second chance. Don't stop at Wing Stop. Just keep going.

Maybe it's just my luck but every time I order I do not encounter any problems? I work down the street so I call in my orders for pick up. All 4 times I've ordered I never had any problems- pick up time is usually 10-15 minutes and the have your phone number for future orders saved. Although I did learn that on weekends if you're not getting a combo; the least boneless wings orders you can get is 10. Whereas on weekdays you can get 5. That is all.

Finally, been waiting for months for this location to open! Just opened up a week ago. Small location inside a small plaza and so far the only business there. Ordered 30pcs lemon pepper flavored wings to go! Delicious as usual and really great service as well. It was packed inside so we waited outside for our food to be ready and since it was a hot day today, the girl at the counter kindly and thoughtfully offered us ice water while we waited.

I'll keep this simple. Great crispy wings made fresh to order, great variety in flavors (mango habenero is delicious with a kick), great selection of beer ($9 pitcher for a pitcher of Stella!) but it doesn't feel like you're eating at a bar with sticky tables, they play ALL the Laker games, plus free wings on Laker road wins. Too bad the Lakers suck this 2013 season. But they also play other games. This place is awesome and great for families too (see them all the time). La Crescenta/La Canada needs more places like this.

Pathetic!!! This place is small there is 6, 4 people table and 2, 2 people table. There are 2 cashiers one of them tells me and my friend that we are up. When we get there she picks up the phone and decides to take a phone order in. While I wait and just state at her for the next 10 minutes when the other cashier already happened a family of 4 and single order. I could have ordered my food and been done instead of watching her taking an order on the phone. I don't understand why would a phone order would have priority over a customer that's already in the store waiting in line to order. I was about to call them while, the cashier lady was taking my order as it seems that customers that are not in the store have priority. As soon as my order was placed after 10 mins of waiting they said it was gonna take 20 mins. Which I found to be ridiculous, because all I ordered was some wings and some fries. After the 20 mins being up I asked them when my wings would be ready and they said it would take another 7 mins. Basically it takes only 40 minutes for them to make wings. That's just really pathetic. I'm a local but i would much rather drive to BWW, because they seem happy and glad that the customers choose to eat there, as i felt that they were doing me a favor by taking my money and making me wait 40 for wings. As i waited outside with other customers it was obvious that they were also unhappy with the service that they were getting. I saw a family leave without even getting their food. Since i was outside im not sure if they requested a refund. Wing Stop should send someone from corporate to handle this store at least for the first few months. I for sure will never be visiting this location again. ps- I live less than 5 minutes from this place.

Hm, I find it interesting how this place has such low reviews. I went today at 3PM and ordered online so I didn't have to wait once we got there. I checked "dine in" but they packaged it for to go, no big deal, I could have just unpacked it at the table but the girl working was nice enough to put it on a tray for us. As far as the food goes, the chicken was juicy with lots of meat on it. The flavors were on point and they weren't skimpy with it! Wing Stop ranch is always to die for. They must put something in it to make it so good.. hrmm :3 Overall, the ambience is nice, typical Wing Stop location order was ready on time very clean parking is a breeze and the staff is helpful. Will definitely be returning here :)

  • Jen F.

First off, I'm gonna start by saying I think we need to give them a little bit of time to work out the kinks. They've only been open for a few weeks so I'm sure once they hit their groove, things people are complaining about like wait times will probably get better. Although I gotta say, I've never been to another Wingstop location (or Buffalo Wild Wings, either) so I'm not really sure how this one compares. My boyfriend and I rode our bikes here the other night from the Montrose side. It is at the top of a really really big hill so I imagine we were pretty sweaty looking when we got there. The first thing the cashier did was offer us ice water, which I thought was super nice! We both got boneless wings and fries. Gotta go big after a bike ride, right?? I got the regular hot as well as the teriyaki. I thought the hot ones were delish, but would probably not get the teriyaki one again (too sweet?) Whatever spices they put on their fries were really good. I thought the staff was really friendly, particularly the girl who took our order. It is pretty small inside, but I think a lot of people come get their orders to go so it's not like you'll be fighting for a seat. We sat outside and were perfectly happy. :) Also, I like the fact that they make the wings to order. It is better than getting something that has been sitting around, so I don't mind having to wait a bit to get fresher food.

So so so yummy and good customer service. I ordered over the phone and when i got there, had to wait 5 minutes but it was good. Wish they were a bit bigger tho.

This Wingstop has very friendly employees every time I come by. I see customers having problems ordering all the time and the staff there handles it well. But what makes this place great is the food. The wings are amazing every time and all the flavors are fantastic. I suggest trying them all

Had the wing munchies so thought I would try this place out. Ordered online with no problems and headed to the store. Said it'll take about 25 min. About 25 min later, I drove to the location on the upper right side of the Von's plaza (from the street) where I found lots of free parking in front. Went in, said my name, they checked my card, then gave me my food. Literally took about a minute (mind you it was a weekday around 11:30am). My boyfriend and I were super jazzed about hot wings because.... Well who isn't jazzed about a bunch of tasty wings?! All we were missing was a bucket and bib! Got the twenty piece with half original hot and half teriyaki. Original hot could have been bumped up on the hot scale but it still had lite spicy flavor to it. (Also noticed there were three other sauces that were spicer on the menu.) The Teriyaki was a nice bit of sweet so all was good. I noticed lots more flavors so I'll definitely will be back to try those!!

Everything is as it should be! Very good wings. Also, the atomic wings are so good but hot!!!

Ok, this is hands down the best chicken wing place ever. Their wings are always fresh and the flavors are really tasty. The prices are great! Especially when you go in on Tuesdays where the boneless wings are 50 cents each..that's really cheap for some delicious wings! I've always been satisfied with their food, always fresh, hot and flavorful. My go to place for wings!

So I was standing in line patiently and the woman at the counter looks right over me and begins helping the white man behind me as if I were never standing there. This is the second time this has happened here. This place is NOT black friendly. I'd rather drive to Monrovia which is an additional 7 miles than be treated like this constantly.

The wings here are an absolute joke! How does a place specializing in WINGS produce such garbage chicken wings? Sorry but I give it 2 thumbs down, way down.

I was excited for a wings place to go to in the area. Not only that, but also a spot open late for those looking for something other than a fast food drive through after normal hours. My girlfriend and I went the night of their opening. We took off in between extra innings of the dodger game and were fine waiting the "less than 14" minutes that we were told because the game was on. After 20 minutes I asked how our food was doing. The man went back to check on it, but never have me a response. I'll admit two minutes later he came with my food, but I would have liked an immediate response saying it would be another minute. He then gave me the food and told me the wrong order. This was a simple mix up, as the food was correct, but he had read it wrong. I left and had a less than satisfying meal. I gave it a shot a week later. I was told the food would take 25 minutes. This was no problem for me. I'd rather someone say a time like that and it be less than someone telling me a time that took longer. After making a stop at cvs I came back up and sat outside. The woman inside brought my food out right away, she must have recognized me. I was very impressed until she too read off the wrong order. I again had a bad meal. This place seems overstaffed, and with people who do not care. Employees telling me which flavors are the most "dank" is not impressive, I don't care if I'm young. Waiting longer than I'm told for food, while employees eat in front of customers and watch television as well is extremely unimpressive. Take the extra time and go to Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters. If you're looking for local wings Guiseppie's has a few great flavors and $.50 on Wednesday. I know you won't find me back here.

First time here, experience previously was with Buffalo Wild Wings. We stopped by around 9:30 at night on our way home. Prices were very fair. Come on a Monday or Tuesday for $0.50 boneless wings. Place was clean and nice. Seemed a little small on the inside but it had the sports TVs. The flavors are intense. Unlike other chicken places where it's just HOT or not they have some intensely flavored meat. I wish they had the spicy garlic like BWW but overall the food was great. Will return with my friends for a good selection of chicken.

Wingstop is always delicious. You really can never go wrong with this place. My only complaint here is that it's definitely way too small with absolutely no room to really enjoy your food. On top of that, parking is not ideal here. I would avoid coming here during the prime time lunch/dinner time because parking would definitely ruin everything.

Wingstop has always had better wings than other places in my opinion. This specific location was just as good as other wingstops that i have tried, but the staff disappointed me a little. They were messing around the whole time i was there and singing loud which makes people feel uncomfortable. They also forgot my fries.

Salty but delicious. 9 minute wait. Not bad. Two small flat screens for sport games. One thing that irritates me is they charge for extra sauce. C'mon where's the customer service CEO of wingstop

I love wingstop! Get the Louisiana dry rub or the Parmesan garlic! You should order online ahead of time even if you are eating in so that you don't have to wait. They make the wings fresh so if you do not order ahead of time you will probably need to wait around 15 min.

We did take out. My girlfriend ordered online, and was pretty simple. Wings were okay. Had spicy and teriyaki. I would do take out again.

I was cracking up reading all the negative reviews until it happened to me. Phoned in for 20 pcs classic wings w/ bones only and when I got there to pickup, they told me they mixed it up w/ boneless so they were redoing my order so I had to wait another 14minutes :/ I feel bad for the owners having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars opening up a franchise and have it ruined by the inept employees.

I tried Wing Stop for the first time yesterday. After being a regular customer at Buffalo Wild Wings I had a good base for what I was expecting. The boneless wings here are phenomenal! Very juicy and fresh. The service was great and pretty fast. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is the small variety of flavors. It's nice to have a wide selection to choose from with wings, but wing stop fell short with I think only 7-8 flavors to choose from. That aside, the hickory smoked BBQ flavor is fantastic!

I love coming here! The people who work here are so nice and the place is really clean. I've been to many different wing stop locations and this is the cleanest I've been in. I don't know why the reviews are bad but it's at a great location!

Just came from wingstop. The new location in montrose is convenient. Love the fact that they close at midnight everyday, and the cheap beer! The wings are still awesome. The only negative about this location is the size, it's really small. Other than that you should try it out, especially if you have the night munches.

I must say a really great place to eat! I went 1 month and a half ago, and it was an alright experience I understand the staff is barely getting the hang of it! But now! They are getting on point ! People give them bad reviews but the store has been open barely 2 months almost 3 ! Give them time! And they will get on point!!! The flavors are intense! Love Wingstop! Can't wait for basketball season and the laker texts!

I thought the wings were pretty decent, but the service and prices were disappointing. It's a bunch of young kids working there. The gentleman who took our order was friendly at first, but seemed to become less friendly after we asked a bunch of questions. It was our first time and were looking for recommendations. We decided on the 30 wing family pack and 2 drinks. My friend asked for 2 cups of water but he was told that he'd be charged the same price as a soft drink because it's all the same cups, so he got got soft drinks. Our bill was $46 and while it was a lot of food, I did not feel like we got our money's worth. Then, once we sat down, we see that the table next to us has small clear cups of water, that I'm quite sure they were not charged for. The wings were pretty good. I preferred the bone in wings to the boneless. The inferno sauce is very good (incredibly spicy!) and the original hot was good. The garlic Parmesan tasted like straight margarine, which I did not like. Maybe I'll be back on one of the 50 cent wing nights and just take them to go.

HORRIBLE! I have been there twice with my sister and the wings were nothing but oily. Any flavor I got tasted like oil, like the medium hot buffalo wings and the parmesan wings. They really need to step up their game.

I've been 5 times now and it's always great. When they first opened the service was a little slow but they've definitely worked it out. The wings are awesome the fries are perfect. I don't know what they put in those beans but my family can't get enough of them. This is also a great place to take the soccer team after a game. The kids can't get enough of the wings and the beer is ice cold. Wing Stop is my new wing stop.

I am not a fan of this Wing Stop at all. The wings were soggy and not hot... and appeared as if they were baked and had been sitting around for a while. No crisp or crunch to be found. The drumettes were underdone - so I tossed them. The boneless wings also lacked crunch and were soft and mc nugget like (like chicken spam) and were not made of pure breast meat. The lemon pepper ones had an artificial lemon flavor. The coleslaw - well I don't know because they did not give me any utensils, napkins, nothing... with a to go order ??? It was runny looking with a half inch of watery mayo on top. It looked like the kind that comes in a carton. Think the Colonel's slaw. Since I took my order to the park and had no utensils or napkins - I used that dry ass "fresh baked roll" (yea, right) to wipe my hands. The only thing that I would come back for is the fries which were good. Had they been hot - they would be very good. Some ketchup would have been nice. I also got no ranch or anything to dip the lackluster wings in. That may have helped the lack of seasoning and flavor. I guess I have to pay extra for it even after buying twenty wings and spending twenty dollars on this disappointing meal. I tossed most of it. This place needs help in all areas.

Went last night (sat night around 7:30 pm). On the plus side staff are trying to do their best but they were overwhelmed. Give this place another month before you go so they can get it together. Wait times are not the 9 minutes they quote you when you place your order more like 25 min (yes it was a busy sat night but why tell people 9 min). Cashier entered our order wrong. Then when they gave us our order fries, dip, veggie sticks were missing even though they were on the receipt. Fortunately we were eating in so I kept going back to the counter to get my missing items. check your order if you are doing carryout! Don't order the boneless wings, they are terrible. Over breaded McNuggets with bad sauce. The fries where seasoned with something that included sugar, yuck! They looked good and I really wanted to like them but the bad seasoning killed it. Apparently they have other seasonings that they can use. Would have been nice to know! And yes they have a decent selection of bottled beer plus 2 on tap.
